About Minx Factory

MINX Factory is the expression of two artists ideas into playful ceramic objects which are not only functional but pieces of art.

They are a nomad couple currently based in Barcelona. Borneo from venezuela, and Michelle from Mexico. Everything is made with their own hands.

Mission

The project goal was to express the same joy through the website as expressed through the ceramic pieces. Aligning both to client’s expectations, and consequently building a good online customer experience.

Problem

Why to redesign old website?

  • Low online conversion rate
  • No personalized approach for customers

  • Lack of important content (Clases information and reservation options, delivery info., interesting product details, «Best sellers» gallery …)
  • Non-aligned esthetics

We aimed to create a well-thought-out responsive web design to deliver fast-loading experiences on all devices.

We were looking for simple but effective UX/UI solutions that would suit the ceramic e-commerce.

We improved conversion rate of the website via call-to-action buttons, logical and intuitive structure, SEO sections, comfortable menus, more detailed products information and much more.
